Berliner Weiss

Our take on a traditional Berliner Weiss (or "wheat") sports a clean, lightly sour taste that is achieved by using a Lactobacillus culture in the brewing process. Not overbearing and with a sharp, lemon taste, in addition to the pineapple and mango, this beer can quench a thirst any time of year but is really the ultimate in hot, summertime drinks.
