Testing out a strain of Nordic Kviek yeast in a Juicy IPA format. Heavily hopped with fruity hops from around the world to complement the fruity and assertive esters put off during this elevated fermentation temps. Notes of Juicy Fruity Bubblegum, pineapple and stone fruit.
