The next version of our Hoppy Pilsner series is here and features the hop varietal Ella. An Australian grown hop, and the sister to Galaxy, Ella is a fun hop suited for dry hopped pilsners. This batch had a nice bouquet of floral and spice notes with a hint of tropical fruit. Brewed dry and crispy, this batch really lets the subtle Ella hop shine.
