Mixed Fermentation Sour

A funky new concoction from our pilot system. Brettanomyces and Saccharomyces primary ferm for 6 months with dark cherries and mangoes. Blended with a small amount of 3 yr sour. Conditioned another half year until finished. Notes of funky brett and tropical sweet tarts.
