A light simple Beligian wheat beer experiment made from a base of 70/30 wheat to barley decoction mashed for added complexity and science to throw a balanced level of esters to phenolics. This creates a fun balance of light banana on the nose to clove on the finish. Throw some nice lemon wheat character into the mix for a complex but simple Belgian ale.
