Parties of 25-60:

You can rent out the Half Warehouse, which is available Wednesday and Thursday 5-9, Friday 5-10, Saturday 10am-9pm, or Sunday 12-5pm

Half Warehouse Rental is $300, which includes the space, Edison string lighting, corn hole and giant Jenga set up (optional), barrel tables and stools for all your guests, 2 x Six Foot Tables with linens for food/gifts, and does not include drinks/food. For parties of 30 or more, a mobile “satelite” bar will be supplied, featuring 4 of our beers, wine, soda and cider. This option can be added to parties smaller than 30 for just $75.

Parties of 45-120:

Full Warehouse Rental, same availability as above for $600, which includes the full warehouse space, Edison string lighting, corn hole and giant Jenga set up (optional), barrel tables and stools for the majority of your guests, cocktail tables, 2-3 x Six Foot Tables with linens for food/gifts, and does not include drinks/food. A mobile “satelite” bar will be supplied as well, featuring 4 of our beers, wine, soda and cider.

Tasting Room Rental: For parties of 45-100, Available Sunday and Monday 6-9. $400 for the space rental

Parties 120-220:

Full Brewery Rental: This includes the Full Warehouse, Bar and Patio(when applicable): It is available Sunday and Monday 6-9pm $1000 for space rental

 Additional hours after 9pm can be added for $300/hour.

 The prices above are for the space rental alone, and do not include pricing for drinks.

 Drink Options: We can do either a Host Tab, Cash Bar, or Drink Tickets.

Host tab is exactly what it sounds like, we run one tab, and the host pays the entire thing, plus 18% gratuity.

Drink prices are as follows: Seltzer-$1 Soda-$2 Wine-$6-$8 Beer-$6 Cider-$8

Cash bar, again, just like it sounds: Guests pay for their own drinks.

Drink Tickets is a way for the host to still buy drinks for their guests, but have some control over the cost. We sell you $6 drink tickets up front, and you can give them out to guests as needed, or as they come in, and if you do not use them all you can redeem the extras at the end of the party.

 Food/Catering

New England Brewing Company does not have a kitchen, but you are welcome to bring food for your event- we have no restrictions on caterers. Please be aware that we do not regularly stock things like napkins, utensils, chafing dishes, etc. We also do not have an ice machine.

 Outside Alcohol/Non-Alcoholic Beverages

All beverages (besides bottled water) must be supplied by New England Brewing Company. If you would like us to bring something special in (does the guest of honor strictly drink Gin and Tonic? Or gluten free beer? Or cranberry juice? Just ask - We can make that happen!) We carry a vast selection of wine, a hard cider, plus Foxon Park sodas and Polar Seltzer. There’s options for everyone!

 Decorations/Decor

You are able to decorate the spaces for your parties, and we LOVE IT WHEN YOU DO! But confetti destroys our dishwasher, gets eaten by our dogs, and in general is very hard to clean up. We apologize for the inconvenience, but if any confetti is used in our facility at a party, we charge a $107 cleaning fee (known as the Confetti Tax).

 To Reserve Space

To lock in a date, we require a $100 deposit, which will be applied to the rental fee. You can call in with a credit or debit card, or stop by with cash or credit/debit. We do not accept personal checks. All deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days before your event. After that, we are able to offer you store credit (in the form of a gift card).
