Acrimony is a mixed fermentation golden sour ale aged on Apricots. For those of you paying attention:
"Primary fermentation consisted of five strains of Brettanomyces, three strains of Lactobacillus and two strains of Pediococcus. It was then bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces and a Wild Saccharomyces strain isolated from a famous Belgian sour producer."
Expect restrained acidity, fruity Brett esters meld with apricot and balanced dryness.
